Actually, I am a non-alcoholic.

Anyway, let's take a look at the dishes I had.

This is the appetizer. It's not kimchi. It's oshinko.

These are deep fried squid balls.

They are chargrilled tofus.

I'm not a big fan of Chinese-style rice.

But I LOVE risotto, an Italian rice dish cooked in broth to a creamy consistency.

This is risotto with duck.

This is risotto with chicken.

Italian-style risotto is a little different from Taiwanese-style one; the former is a little bit harder and the latter softer.

Do you like risotto?  

  Do you like exotic food?

It's always a pleasure to taste different kinds of food and dishes from different countries.

This is chicken quesadilla.

This is jambalaya.

They are both delicious.

Give them a try next time when you dine in a American-style restaurant.
